What does it actually take to build a 7-figure business without losing the mission that started it?

Jake Allyne started training clients one-on-one. No business plan. No investors. Just a clear purpose and a willingness to test and learn.

Three years later, he and his partner Steve built , a fitness center redefining inclusive, adaptive training, and The Breakthrough Fund, a nonprofit that helps special-needs families access health and wellness support.

They are now opening their second location. And Jake's sitting down with Pam to share exactly how he got here. 💪

"I had ideas for so long but I struggled to land and execute them correctly."
Sound familiar?

The idea was never the problem.
The roadmap was.

Eva found the structure that turned her ideas into action, and that changed everything.
If you're sitting on expertise or an idea you haven't been able to translate that into more clients and income, you don't need more time to perfect your vision.

You need a clearer path.

DM us ROADMAP and let's talk about your next step 👇

Most people aren't stuck making the move from employee to entrepreneur because they lack talent.
They're stuck because no one told them the order.

Logo before conversations.
Website before proof.

Waiting for confidence before earning evidence.
The shift isn't more preparation.
It's better sequencing.

Comment PROOF if you want to check where your business is right now.

17–23 years as employees.
Done everything right.
And still wanted more.

Not more money. Not more titles.

More control over what they were building and how they were living.

They're now finding first clients, first funders, and building work that actually fits.
It happened by building the right structure and the right people around them.

He didn't wait for a perfect plan. He started with a conversation.

Noah was a grant writer with scattered projects and a clear reason to build something more: time with his daughter and a growing family.

So he started having curiosity conversations. Each one brought more clarity.
Then he got overbooked.

And that's when the real work began, learning to say no, set boundaries, and build a long-term strategy that let him show up the way he actually wanted to.

From scattered projects → fully booked → sustainable on his own terms.
That's what building something real looks like.
If you're ready to stop overthinking and start having the right conversations, link in bio.

You don't need more time to think about it.
You need one conversation with the market.

We hear it every week:
"I know I should build something. I just don't know where to start."

Here's what's usually true:
There's fear of investing in the wrong thing.

So here's where to start:
One problem you've already solved.
One person you can help.
One honest conversation.

That's how expertise becomes traction.
That's how traction becomes income you own.

We're running a live session this week for the professional who is done thinking and ready to take one real step forward.

Have you ever poured your heart into an idea, only to feel like you’re spinning your wheels?

David did.

He had the vision.
He had the passion.
He knew he wanted to build something meaningful through legacy videos.

But like many founders, he got pulled into the wrong things first:
logos, websites, ideas, more ideas, without clear proof of what would actually move the business forward.

That is where so many people get stuck.

Not because they are not capable.
Because they are building in the wrong order.

The transformation is not just from idea to business.
It is from overthinking to traction.
From concepting to testing.
From doing everything to doing what matters most.

That is the work we help founders do.

If you can see real potential with your idea, but want help identifying your blind spots, your next step is a free Business Audit Call with our team.

People ask us all the time: How do I know if my idea or venture is actually going to work?

What they usually mean is:

How do I evaluate risk, understand where I am now, and make smarter decisions about time, money, and traction?

In this video, we’re sharing 8 questions to help you assess how de-risked your pre-revenue idea or early-stage venture really is.

Because getting to product-market fit is not just about passion.
It is about testing, timing, learning, and reducing unnecessary risk along the way.

Watch the video.
If you’re an experienced entrepreneur, share the questions you ask early.
And if someone in your world needs more than a sound bite, send them this.

We host a free weekly session to help founders and creators assess where they are and what support they may need next.

We spent last Friday celebrating attendees from 28 international companies across 10 countries at this year’s Seattle SelectUSA spin-off event.

We left this event reminded of something important:
In uncertain times, we need the builders.

The people willing to solve, make, test, create, and lead forward.
These are the creators of so much vision. So much curiosity. So much possibility (on one boat)

Thank you to Greater Seattle Partners, the City of Seattle Office of Economic Development, and each delegate for bringing your ideas to life.

A big part of de-risking a business is learning how to de-risk the founder.
In the beginning, you can do a lot solo.
But eventually, growth changes your role as a leader.

To grow, you may need to grow your table.
That means bringing in people who share the vision, bring different strengths, and create space for you to stay in the work only you can do.

The goal is not to do everything. It is to lead clearly and build capacity around your sweet spot.

If you’re building and trying to understand what the next stage requires of you, join us for How Ready Is Your Idea/Venture this Wednesday or Saturday. Link in the bio to join!
