Lionrush Coffee Less Noise, More Coffee Lionrush Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery in Kendall, Miami, founded in 2020 by a biochemist. This is a roastery, not a coffee shop.

We roast in small batches Monday through Friday: a core line of coffees available all year, plus a rotating line of limited coffees. We test for mold and pesticides. Order on our website and choose Local Pickup; once you get the ready-for-pickup notification, pick up any time, weekends included. We also ship across the US and offer subscriptions and wholesale for cafés, offices and restaurants.

Our latest Limited Line release from Urrao, Colombia.

Light roast. Washed process with 30-hour anaerobic fermentation.

Tasting notes: Bright, juicy lime, caramel sweetness, and a long cacao finish. Silky body, made for a really good pour-over.
