They can copy me. They can try hard to replicate me. But at the end of the day you cant replace 25+ years of experience and they sure cant claim the culture and the lineage my pizza can. If you want AUTHENTIC east coast pizza, im talking the kind of pizza you find in every Italian American neighborhood up and down the east coast... get it from some one born and bread with it. Don't settle for imposters. If you cant trace your pizza lineage back to Brooklyn, its not NY pizza. There's very few who do it. And even less who do it w the heart I do. So next time you want a pizza, remember to shop w your friendly neighborhood Pizza guy.
