After several wonderful years serving the Metairie community, we want to share some important news.

Bambu Metairie’s final day of operation will be Sunday, July 5, 2026.

While this chapter is coming to an end, we are excited to announce that the location will reopen in August under new ownership. The new owners will be renovating the building and introducing a new brand to be announced at a later date.

We would like to sincerely thank every customer, employee, friend, and family member who has supported us throughout the years. Your support allowed us to grow from a small business into a beloved part of the Metairie community. We are incredibly grateful for the memories, friendships, and experiences we’ve shared together.

Although Bambu Metairie will be closing, Bambū Desserts & Drinks - Mandeville will continue to operate and serve the desserts, drinks, and flavors you know and love.

Thank you for being part of our journey. We hope you’ll stop by before July 5th to help us celebrate the memories we’ve made together.
