Five 7 Four Bistro Passionate Chef & Educator Gourmet Boutique formally named Dedee's Candy House was birthed through a passion for cooking & baking.

I remember being in the kitchen till wee hours of the morning baking and cooking with my mother & grandmothers. While everyone else was outside playing I was inside baking. Then 17 years ago when my first child turned 1, I made his cake and have been baking them every since. With each year the cake gets a bit more detailed as my passion for baking keeps me learning and trying new techniques. I lov
