Team Meat Wh***ey rolled on down to the The Great Ruleville Roast this weekend and had one heck of a time!!

When the smoke settled we walked away with a 2nd place hog cooked on that Outlaw BBQ Smokers BFR and a 2nd place pulled pork thanks to our Smokin Brothers, Inc. vertical and Gateway Drum Smokers drum!!! The Newman Farm Heritage Berkshire Pork hog and shoulders were spot on.

Congrats to everyone who heard their name called and to Grind City Smokers on that GC!!! We had a great weekend with our bbq family and onto Bartlett next weekend for a full fall season!!

Thanks to all of our friends and family who help make this happen. Big thanks to Korte Meats Competition Bbq and Louie's Deli and Meat Market- Arlington for always taking care of us!!!

Korte family stand up! It’s tough to show our appreciation for our friends. We call it our Korte family but it has extended far beyond that over the years. Throw a couple cold ones on top and a day was had by all! Cheers to many more and good luck to all the cooks today. It’s a stacked field. is live today @ PiC.

The team rolled on over to Bylethville, AR for Laura Fletcher Cooking for a Cure and it was a great contest!!!

Our Outlaw BBQ Smokers BFR ran like a champ for the Newman Farm Heritage Berkshire Pork hog and we were lucky enough to take home a 3rd place hog.

Our Smokin Brothers, Inc. vertical and Gateway Drum Smokers ran perfectly and brought home a 1st place shoulder and 7th rib! Korte Meats Competition Bbq brings the heat for sure!!!

The team is dialed in and we can’t be more proud of what we have accomplished, can’t wait for the next one.

Congrats to Indirect Fire Barbeque Team on the GC!!!

And we did it again good luck to everyone !!!!

Well the team rolled on down to Water Valley this weekend for a great competition put on by Tonya Ward Eubanks. It was a touch on the hot side but overall we had a great cook and hit all of our marks. The Newman Farm Heritage Berkshire Pork hog and shoulders did great bringing home a first place hog a 5th place pulled and a 7th place rib. We were happy with everything we turned in and had a great time. Thank you to Korte Meats Competition Bbq ,Smokin Brothers, Inc., Gateway Drum Smokers and Outlaw BBQ Smokers for all you do.
