I am setup today at the Spring Village event at the Oak Grove Racing and Gaming Center! Will be here til mid afternoon unless I sell out!

I am introducing a new heat level of my seasoning today…’Rustfire’….guaranteed to set you on fire! It is 4-5x hotter than my Blazing level. Developed at the request of some guys that eat Carolina Reaper regularly, and they said…PERFECT! Flavor and tremendous heat combined!

Hey y’all! I wanted to let you know about a new product in development!

Pre-seasoned deep fry mix! First test turned out really well, but I want to do a fair bit more testing before I put it out for retail availability. Keep your ears and eyes open for further announcements on a release date!

Types…I am working on a beer batter style first and plan to follow up with a cornmeal base, potentially a panko style, and of course a more traditional fried chicken type of batter dry mix.

Merry Christmas everyone! The year is just about over and it has been a good year! Some new events and expansion into some new markets towards east KY!

We look forward to expanding even more into east KY in '26 and broadening our online presence to reach people all over the country! See you soon!

Last month, we finally had the opportunity to attempt finding locations in Louisville KY. We are happy to announce that we have partnered with Frank's Meat & Produce to offer our 5oz seasoning bottles in all heat levels for this new market to taste and become huge fans!

They also decided to carry our Mild and Hot Peanuts to offer as grab n go snacks for those coming in to buy their deli sandwiches.
