First we smoke ‘em, then we smash ‘em. 💨🍔
Take ground beef and make meatballs. Give them a smoke bath for about 20 minutes @ 180° F. Then, kick up the heat in the firebox and get your smash on!

Miguels cookingwithfire fired up the new Laredo Series 1100 Offset Smoker and smoked these hickory beef ribs low and slow until they were fall-apart tender. The combination of charcoal heat and hickory smoke gave these ribs some incredible flavor.

"One thing I really like about the Laredo is how easy it is to manage the cook while still getting that authentic live-fire flavor.
Pro tip: place a foil tray on the bottom before your cook to catch drippings and make cleanup a whole lot easier." 👌🔥

Can you make a legit brisket in just 6 hours?

Most pitmasters will tell you it’s impossible. So naturally... I had to try it.
The results honestly surprised me. Would you risk it, or are you sticking with the overnight cook?
