Hand-made quesadillas made with dough from locally-grown corn and filled with our Mexican grandma's pre-historic recipes. Owned by, Little Village local celebrity Chef and owner of La Catedral Cafe & Restaurant, Chef Ambrocio Gonzalez and Alfredo Flores.
