Good Morning Medina! ❤️🍕🥺 Today is the first day in 4 years we haven’t said “HOT PIZZA” and while our journey has allowed us to be close to our families and share part of our home with you - we have closed this location permanently. Our dedicated & caring staff have fallen into new career opportunities earlier than expected so we are not opening on the 3rd & 4th. 👏

We are moving to a fully furnished pizza location closer to the Ohio Valley in the upcoming months. We have had much interest in the shop lease, equip & mobile truck - and one of the businesses actually asked to keep the Pizza on the menu as an option! So you may be surprised to see that COLD cheese stick around.

I think it will hit us when the Old School
signs come down and no longer light up that old South Town Corner!

We will never forget our very first dollar and all the love & support we have had over the years. We cannot wait for this next chapter - for us - and whatever lucky business falls into this charming little spot!

📰🚨After four years in Medina’s Southtown District, Ohio Valley Pizza Company & the Byers Family share the news that on September 4th, 2024 they will be closing their Brick & Mortar / Medina Location in search of a new OVP home closer to the Ohio Valley & their flagship store in Newell, WV.

Dave & Amy run several other local family businesses so they are not saying Goodbye, as their love & support of Medina & Surrounding Communities remains steadfast.

Dave & Amy will miss the Medina Shop but have some new opportunities to grow, teach and share in their other focus industries and feel this is the time to lean into those growth areas, while allowing their family back home to continue to grow the OVP Brand.

The Byers extend their appreciation for their loyal customers and wonderful staff for their continued support over the years and hope you stop by for one more HOT PIZZA!

We will be committed to servicing all remaining scheduled mobile pizza truck events that remain on our 2024 schedule. (This does not impact Hokulia Shave Ice- Medina, OH.)
