A lil’ Hump Day tinkering in the La Delizia kitchen… and LOOK what Rita created.

Introducing the Tart Salad Primavera — fresh pastry filled with a creamy ricotta and cream cheese filling, topped with smoked salmon marinated in a lemon-dill olive oil dressing, plump cherry tomatoes, and fresh arugula.
