Mario is all smiles with his Toro topped TNT at the Shack 8/32 🍣🧨

Tonight’s starter is a fried gluten free mix of calamari, shrimp, scallops + crispy salmon skin - aka “Chicharron di Mare” 🐟🦑🍤

The grilled local swordfish entree is PERFECT on top of a grilled polenta cake, black bean pico de gallo, asparagus + romesco sauce

And don’t forget to pair it with the SuperNova wine special 🍷

Why we love halibut ❤️🐟
It’s a local, sustainable catch. Firm and dense, yet delicate - with a luscious, mild clean flavor.

Tonight 8/27 at the Shack, we’re serving it seared (our favorite prep) with charred tomato, fried basil house made squid ink linguine and Alfredo sauce.

Our sushi team put together a Spicy Salmon Oshizushi - rectangular rather than a roll - and just as delicious 🤤

The Shack staff went nuts (understandably!) over tonight’s sushi special 8/20 - super fresh tuna topped with Mac’s peach chutney.

The tamari-honey glazed pork belly also looks, smells and tastes like heaven.
