Popular diet plans don't work for everybody, and a lot of the people they DO work for, eventually end up back on the plus side of the scale because they've only been taught how to count point systems, deceived into thinking one macronutrient or another is the sole cause of weight gain, or that starving their bodies is the only way to lose weight. EVERYBODY IS DIFFERENT...... Every BODY is different. Every BODY requires a different formula of nutrients to function optimally. Age, current weight, lifestyle and activity levels all have to be considered when someone desires a change in body composition. Healthy Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

1/2 cup whole oats
1/2 scoop vanilla protein
4 packets Stevia
1/4 cup diced apple
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup water

Mix all ingredients except apples and microwave for 1 minute & 30 seconds. Add apples.

Blackened Tilapia and Garbanzo Bean Salad... EASY even on week nights! Use a pre made blackened seasoning for the fish, and while it's cooking in the pan, chop a tomato and cucumber into a bowl.
