We finally made the move! Pros: new kitchen. Cons: oven doesn’t work. So unfortunately I won’t be at Gallpolis Fall Festival this weekend. Fingers crossed I get it working before Norris Market October 10-11th!

Someone asked, at my last market, what makes my sourdough different than others. Of course, a plain loaf is just flour, water, and salt. 🌾 💧 🧂

I won’t put chemicals in your food and THAT is what sets me and my loaves apart. Most of my spice blends are homemade and anything else I buy has a very limited ingredient list… partially because I don’t want to put all of it on a label, but mostly because I don’t want to put poor ingredients into your food. 🍞
