We were excited to celebrate our first pickup with Katherine, our very first customer at this new location. 💚

While we were there, Britt enjoyed The Mule's special Terramonga Shish*to Sour, made with shish*to peppers from Terramonga Farm and topped with egg white foam from our farm-fresh eggs. A fun collaboration that celebrates the flavors of local food!

We're grateful to partner with businesses like The Mule to make it even easier to bring fresh, locally grown food into our community.

Let's celebrate the gift of local food! 🌱

We're excited to announce a new partnership with J.Crew to bring their employees monthly boxes filled with some of the finest, freshest produce from Western North Carolina farms.

This week marks our very first delivery as we packed and distributed 140 boxes for their team.

Each box is filled with seasonal produce grown by local farms, including , , and our own .

It is an honor to build this partnership with J.Crew, creating a full circle that supports local farmers, nourishes our business community, and brings fresh, local food to more tables.

Meet Luz, her husband Martín, and their son Hernán, the family behind , a Woodfin-based business making delicuously fresh tortillas, tamales, and salsas for communities across Western North Carolina.

What started as Martín's dream became so much more than a business. It became the family's path through grief, a way to honor their daughter Luc, and a reminder that food has a way of bringing people back together.

We're honored to have Tortillas La Regia as part of the family. They embody so much of what we value: community, care, and nourishing food made with intention. It's no surprise they've become one of our most-loved non-produce items!

Not everyone starts out planning to be a farmer.

For Nick at in Marshall, NC, it all started with a desire to work for himself.

Years in horticulture and wholesale production eventually led him to create a thriving 12-acre family farm that helps feed communities throughout Western North Carolina.

Now in their second season partnering with Terramonga Hub, Nick and Emily are growing summer lettuce, potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, sweet corn, and pumpkins. 🌱

What started as a dream of working for yourself became a passion for nourishing community.
