Roasted the new coffee from Mexico yesterday. Took it to between light and medium roast. Good quality as very few reject beans post roast inspection. Tasted smooth, as every speciality coffee should, with a medium body.

Added a coffee from Mexico. Have not tried it yet but plan to roast it up tomorrow

I started adding final roast temperature to labels so the next time you try our beans you can compare profiles. Typical light roast will be 415 to 425, medium roast is 425 to 440 and dark roast will be 442 to 450.

Putting together a limited number of 7 day coffee advent calendars. It will start on December 19th, offering a different coffee each day leading up to Christmas. I will only make 25 of these as they are time consuming to assemble. $30 each

Roasted this El Salvador into second crack. I love the sound and smell.

Did a test roast of the new Columbia Honey Caturron in the sample roaster. The taste panel described a bright cup, fruitiness of black cherry, mango and lemon grass.

Several new coffees for the holiday season. Dee and have not tried them yet.

Stocked a new micro lot coffee for the holidays. Most specialty coffees are Arabica variety but this one is a new variety, Caturron!
