This test run will give us insight to our kitchen and dining room layout, and what tweaks need to be made before opening for regular hours.

Menu will be posted shortly and will include: Bahamian Seafood Chowder
Ham & White Cheddar Panini
Peach Crumble Bars and Pecan Sticky Buns!

We will also have the Runabout Coffee Co. trailer on-site 10:30am - 3:30pm.

Happy Birthday America!
Wishing you all a safe and happy 4th of July!!

We had the pleasure of working a dinner event on the water in Warwick last night where we were able to catch a glimpse of the fireworks,
and delivered a cake in Tiverton for a joint birthday event.
Busy days leave little time for pictures, but we always try to take at least 1!

From a bachelorette weekend in Watch Hill to a platter delivery for a friends get together in Dartmouth, the fun didn't stop!
We also discovered a new farmstand not far from our kitchen in Marion - Cervelli Farm in Rochester had beautiful lettuces, scallions, strawberries, radish, and honey for our events.

Fresh picked strawberries from Sweet Berry Farm fill and top this birthday cake, along with fresh whipped cream, and just a touch of lemon zest.
This was our first full week working at our new location in Marion, MA and we are loving our new space!

Building and Fire Department inspections are this week, and then we will be ready to start prepping/cooking for our upcoming catering events in our NEW SPACE!!!

Hello Friends!
Trust you have been well! I wanted to share an update on what we have been working on for the last few months at Island Girl Catering.

We are moving into a new space at the historic Ansel S. Gurney House in Marion, MA, which will become the home of Island Girl Catering - Kitchen + Provisions. This new chapter will allow us to expand our catering operations while also creating a warm, welcoming space for intimate private events and pop-up restaurant nights, and eventually, a bistro and small market with prepared foods and provisions.

We are still early in the process - awaiting final inspections and permits, but we are incredibly excited about what’s ahead and grateful for all the support we have received over the years from our valued clients. Your events, celebrations, and recommendations have helped make this possible.

Over the next few weeks/months, we will be sharing updates on our progress, upcoming events, special dinners, holiday offerings, and an invitation to our Friends & Family Open House so you can see our new space for yourselves.
