Every little business is being torn up this way and we at TCS are trying to avoid increasing as best we can.
We wanted to take a minute and talk to y’all honestly.
Over the past couple weeks, the cost of meat has gone up… and not just a little. Brisket, pork, ribs and chicken—everything we cook every day has steadily climbed. We’ve done everything we can on our end to absorb it, stretch it, and keep prices where they are.
But we’ve reached a point where we just can’t float it anymore.
This isn’t a decision we want to make—it’s one we have to make to keep the doors open and continue serving the same quality BBQ you expect from us.
We’re not cutting corners. We’re not lowering quality. And we’re not changing what got us here.
We’re just trying to keep doing what we love… feeding our community, the right way.
We appreciate every single one of you who continues to support a small, local business like ours. It truly means more than you know.
