We decided to donate a tree to the festival of trees this year at the garden club. Daxon the young man in the black T-shirt is the one who picked our name. Richard Bradley caught this very rare Louvar fish. It was caught about 1700 feet deep as by catch while sword fishing. It's extremely rare because of it, soft mouth and difficulty in bringing to the surface. We cut it up and it is just beautiful steaks like halibut. It will be on our specials tonight. If you're adventurous and want to try something that you probably won't see again please come and see us.
