🔥 1K Strong! YES… You Read That Right — 1,000 People! 🔥 VBH BBQ

Today we had the honor and blessing of serving BBQ for 1,000 people! 🙏🍖 Yes, you read that right! It wasn’t easy, but with God, an amazing crew, and a whole lot of hard work, we got it done.

What an incredible opportunity! We don’t take moments like this for granted, and we’re truly thankful to everyone who trusted us with such an important event.

Most of all, I want to give a huge shoutout to the VBH Crew. There is absolutely no way I could have pulled this off by myself. Every one of y’all showed up ready to work, gave it everything you had, and together we made it happen. Y’all aren’t just a crew—you’ve become family.

People see the finished product, but they don’t always see the days of prep, the overnight cooks, the heat, the smoke, the long hours, and the teamwork behind it all. Today proved that when VBH is given a challenge, we don’t make excuses—we execute.

To everyone who has supported Velasquez Brisket House from day one, thank you. Your support has opened doors we never imagined, and we’re grateful for every opportunity.

Now it’s time to rest, reset, and get ready for the next one.

Yesterday’s event at Pearland Town Center was a great one!

We met lots of new customers, served some amazing BBQ, and built new relationships along the way. A huge thank you to Pam for allowing Velasquez Brisket House to be part of such a great event. We truly appreciate the opportunity and can’t wait to come back!

The Brisket Loaded Potato was absolutely on fire yesterday and was definitely a crowd favorite, right alongside our Brisket Elote Cup.
