We love coffee and we love people and our planet. That’s it. It’s simple right? Well, it may sound simple but there’s a lot that goes into making that cup of coffee. We decided early on that we wanted to do things to minimize our environmental footprint. One way for us to ensure that is by roasting our own coffee beans. ☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️With ethics and quality at top of mind, we have chosen to align with others that want to do coffee the better way. We may just be a coffee shop inside a museum, but we would put our drinks up against any one else in the game. We love what we’ve created and just want to share it with you. If you haven’t given us a try yet, we’ll be here waiting to be discovered just like the fossils in our backyard. ❤️🦖🦕🦈🐢❤️
