Leave it to Liv Home Cooking Stay at home mom to three wonderful children. Using my culinary experience to feed all of SJ! My name is Olivia and I am a new mother to a wonderful baby boy.

Before being a mom, I was a culinary professional in Philadelphia. I worked for large hotels such as Marriott and Hilton, running their food and beverage programs. I loved what I did, but I love being a mom more. Being said, I decided to combine the two things I love most, being home with my little guy and cooking and start my own business. I make ready to eat meals for the public, to take the worry and hassle away from those with too much on their plate or just want a night off from cooking!

Here is my Sticky Korean Chicken with Rice off my meal prep menu for this week! This meal is absolutely delicious, and I could personally eat the Korean sauce every single night!

This meal is only 460 cals 40 g of protein and 50 carbs! This meal is super delicious and filling! And the side of rice is a blend of whole-grain brown rice with cauliflower rice!
