People ask about the name, and the truth is, it’s not just a business name, it’s how I live my life.
Growing up and living in Montana, I’ve never been one to stay within the lines. Whether it’s hitting the trails on my dirt bike, camping in the backcountry, or getting lost in the mountains with my dogs, I’m constantly looking for what’s beyond the boundary.
I’ve taken that same “go-big” energy and applied it to my kitchen. Out of Bounds Catering isn’t just about providing a meal; it’s about breaking the norms of traditional catering. I bring the discipline I’ve learned from racing, the mountains, and years of culinary training to every single event I cater.
My goal is simple: I want to get families and friends back around the same table. I handle every detail from the prep, cooking, restocking, and the cleanup—so you can actually be present. You get to enjoy the “out of bounds” beauty of a perfect meal without lifting a finger.
