Does eating at night makes me fat?

There’s so much misunderstanding leading to ➡️myths about eating at night that it’s time to clarify it. 🤤
Our bodies DO NOT have an enzyme with a⏱ that stores items as fat after 6 or 7pm. Every person has a certain number of calories to consume throughout the day without gaining weight.
It comes down to weight, height, age and activity level to calculate the calories you burn. Weight gain happens when you get MORE calories THAN you BURN🔥 , and is NOT a result of WHEN you eat.
So if you do gain weight and you’re sure that it’s because you eat at night, think twice, as you are simply exceeding the number of calories. 🫓🫓🫓
Let’s say, you had a busy day and you didn’t eat the whole day but breakfast (300 calories or so). Your daily calories intake is 2,500 (mind you, it’s an example!). So you get home hungry and devour an enormous 1,000- calorie meal. This brings your total calories intake to 1,300 calories. What happens if you (being tired) go straight to bed after your meal? Do you gain weight? Absolutely no! You’ve burnt 1,200 calories more than you consumed. 😎
It’s that simple! Figure out how many calories you can have in order to lose or maintain weight, then distribute the food in a manner that fits you best.
