Hi everyone! I’m Jess, the founder of Gustatory Bliss, a small batch, mom-founded business exploring the fun and creativity of freeze-dried foods.⁣

What started as curiosity about freeze-drying has turned into a passion for transforming everyday foods into something totally new: crunchy fruit snacks, powdered ingredients for smoothies and baking, and playful treats that kids (and adults!) love.⁣
