Our first event on our own after two years away, and you guys SHOWED UP!

We worked hard, we learned a few things, we laughed, we stressed 😂, even had to literally put out a little fire (thanks Alessandro & Nathan) and by the end of the day… WE SOLD OUT!

I could not be prouder of my two girls. Seeing them work beside me and watching the three of us figure it out together was probably my favorite part of the entire day. They certainly run this business like the little bosses they are!!

To everyone who came out, waited patiently, supported us, encouraged us and showed Caribbean Limerz so much love.......THANK YOU.

And yes, we had a few hiccups along the way. We made some mistakes, and there are definitely things we know we can do better. To anyone whose experience wasn’t quite what you’ve come to expect from Caribbean Limerz, we sincerely apologize. We appreciate your patience and your grace as the three of us found our footing again. ❤️

This comment hit a little differently today. ❤️🇹🇹

There was a time when I was told I couldn’t run a business. That I didn’t know how to make curry. That I couldn’t even get the roti right.

And when you hear things like that enough, it can slowly chip away at your confidence.

For a while, I questioned myself, then I stopped listening and just kept working. I cooked. I learned. I made mistakes. I fixed them. I showed up. And slowly, the work started speaking for itself.

So when a customer says “Best Trini spot in Brevard County,” it means a little more to me than they probably realize. ❤️

Almost five years later, Caribbean Limerz is still here. My girls and I are still here. And this little food truck has made its own footprint in Brevard County.

Turns out I CAN run a business.
Turns out I CAN cook curry.
And the roti is not that bad either! 🙏🙏🙏

Thank you to every single person who has eaten our food, recommended us, encouraged us and continued to support Caribbean Limerz. You helped me find my confidence again. 🙏🏽❤️
