For the last year we have had the absolute pleasure of serving our pizza and subs at the Downtown Exchange in Zanesville. We have learned so much and I have personally spoken to so many of you.

Because of that it is with a heavy heart that I tell you this Saturday, tomorrow, will be our last day at the DTX.

We are inching closer to having The Rustic Slice food trailer serving our Neapolitan pizza and Italian street subs.

So to all of our customers and fans I say thank you. Please know that I have loved you all and your kind words of praise.

Perfect leoparding, perfect undercarriage for a Neapolitan pizza. Just because a pizza is cooked in wood fire at 800+ degrees, doesn’t make it a Neapolitan. You owe it to yourself to try a “Neapolitan” pizza!
