As we approach our first month of being open this year, and enter our 2nd FULL year of owning and operating The Dari here in Hebron, we are grateful for all of the support and continued loyalty from our customers, friends, family, and employees who help us to keep going and doing what we have quickly learned to love.
Working our little business is a lot of work and the food industry is anything but easy. We know and understand eating out is a choice and not something everyone can afford to do as much as they’d like to do.
We are happy and grateful to be your choice when you do stop by.
Ray and I have owned businesses since we were married in 1986. We are used to the long hours, the effort, the struggles and the time and patience it takes to build a business.
Being seasonal also gives us such a short time to do what we love as we strive to do better each year for everyone who stops by and gives us a try.

in this “little town” of ours is so valued and helps to make it all worth while.
Thank You to everyone who has stopped by already this season. We have already sold almost 150 of our signature sandwiches, the “Big Bo Burger” and our newest sandwich for this year, The “FarmBoy Burger” is a close second with almost 100 of those sold as well.
We have added new desserts using our delicious soft serve ice cream and have plenty of new things in store as we go through summer.
We believe in shopping local and supporting local business and have patronized I believe almost all of the local businesses in Hebron ourselves.
