Stopped by Sunshine Market of Belhaven earlier after I got a call about some incredible looking Italian Black Poplar mushrooms.. needless to say.. I went after them and while there I was offered these incredible midnight snacks.. paired with a little wilted arugula it made the perfect warm salad for this seared tuna.
