The Smoky Pumpkin—fall has officially entered the bun. 🎃
We took one of our fresh-baked hot dog buns and gave it a generous schmear of house-made pumpkin cream cheese—blended with 100% maple syrup, brown sugar, and just a kiss of smoked paprika.

Then we nestled in one of our all-beef dogs and topped it with crispy smoky bacon, house-candied toasted pepitas, and a drizzle of hot honey.

Sweet. Smoky. Salty. A little spicy.

Every fall menu starts long before the first special ever hits the grill.

It starts with boxes of fresh jalapeños, a knife, a pot, a whole lot of patience… and hands that will definitely regret it later. 🌶️

From slicing every pepper to slowly candying each batch, every step is done right here in our kitchen.

Could we buy them already made? Sure. But that’s never really been our style.

We love knowing that when you bite into one of our fall specials, you’re tasting something that was made by hand from start to finish.

Fall is coming… and we can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on. 🍂❤️
