Get ready, Magnolia! Pig Ears Tenderloin is rolling into town tomorrow!

We are setting up our food truck tomorrow at Magnolia Hardware from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Stop by for lunch and sink your teeth into our famous, crispy breaded pork sandwiches. We are also serving up our crowd-favorite breaded pork fingers, crispy chicken fingers, crunchy potato chips, and ice-cold drinks. Plus, we need your help testing out a brand-new menu item! Tomorrow only, we are frying up golden french fries. Come grab an order, try them out, and let us know if we should keep them on the permanent menu. See you tomorrow at Magnolia Hardware. I am checking to see what the interest is if I were to add a couple things to the menu. Peppered gravy. It could be added for the BPT and chicken tenders. Also considering mashed potato's as an occasional "Special". A breaded pork tenderloin with mashed potato's, gravy, and bread, served up like a Texas chicken fried steak. Lastly, french fries with an order or stand alone, or smothered in gravy. I'd like to get your thoughts. Have a great/safe Memorial Day weekend and stay dry.

Thank you to those that stopped by today. For all that have come by, and those still contemplating, I took some pictures today to show you what we offer at Pig Ears. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. I have been asked if they are truly Pig Ears, and if we offer anything else. No, they are not "Pig ears". That is slang for a Breaded Pork Tenderloin in some parts of Illinois. Hopefully that erases your doubts about visiting us next time we're out. We love to see you.

Good morning BPT lovers. We will be at Magnolia Hardware, 19025 FM 1488, Magnolia, TX 77355, this Saturday from 11am-2pm. The weather will be great again this weekend, so round up the family and friends to come by and "Get You Sum". While you're there, be sure to stop in and see the fine people at Magnolia Hdwr for your weekend project or preparation for the Memorial Day weekend. I recently asked for some feedback about offering peppered gravy, either for the BPT and chicken strips, or a BPT smothered in it. Also, if there would be interest in something sweet to top off that meal. When you have a moment, I'd love to hear your thoughts. I have a question for my followers and those that have visited Pig Ears. I am always thinking of ways to improve my offering to you. Would there be an interest in Peppered gravy. You could get it, not only with the BPT and chicken tenders, but also just a large or small BPT smothered in gravy. Also, would there be an interest in something sweet. I want to thank everyone that came out to grab a Breaded Pork Tenderloin at Pig Ears yesterday, with a special thanks to the "Hoosiers". You couldn't have asked for better weather. I got a lot of positive feedback which is always appreciated and lets me know we are doing it right.
