Sugar & Sprout Apple Crisp Bread 🍎

3.2 oz apple sauce
3/4 cup oil
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 shredded apple
3/4 tsp salt
4 tsp apple pie spice
2 cups flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda

Crisp topping
4 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 oats
Pinch of salt

Icing drizzle
1 cup powdered sugar
Splash of milk

Make bread by combining applesauce, sugar, oil, eggs, shredded apples, salt, and apple pie spice and mix well. Add flour, baking powder, and baking soda and mix until just combined.
Combine crisp ingredients, mix until crumbly.

Add bread mixture into loaf pan and top with crisp. Bake @ 350 until done in the center.
Let cool and then drizzle with icing topping and enjoy!
