Hello! 👋

There are some new faces around here, so I thought it was time to properly introduce myself!

My name is Allyson, and I’m the owner and baker behind Sixth Street Micro Bakery. Welcome! 🤎

I’ve pretty much grown up in the kitchen and have some of my favorite memories baking alongside my grandmas. There’s just something special about homemade food, passed-down recipes, and the memories made around the kitchen table.

I’ve been baking sourdough for almost 4 years now, which honestly feels a little crazy to say! What started as a hobby has grown into this little micro bakery that I absolutely love.

When I’m not covered in flour, I’m a wife, mom, and full-time chaos coordinator for my family. 😂 Life is busy, loud, and usually fueled by caffeine—but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I’m so thankful for everyone who has followed along, placed an order, shared a post, recommended my bakery, or simply cheered me on. This little business wouldn’t be what it is without you!

I just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU to everyone who has liked, followed, shared, commented on, and supported my page. Every share, recommendation, order, and kind word means more than you know.

What started as a love for baking has grown into something truly special because of this amazing community. I feel incredibly blessed to spend my days creating homemade sourdough and baked goods and then sharing them with all of you. There is something so rewarding about knowing that what comes out of my kitchen becomes part of your family meals, celebrations, and everyday moments.
