Pink Heifer is joining the Sugar River Fire & Smoke BBQ Festival, and we can’t wait to fire things up alongside some of the area’s best pitmasters in Saturday’s Local Smoke lineup!

We’ll be smoking our St. Louis Style Ribs and Premium Chicken throughout the day for maximum freshness. Tender ribs, juicy chicken, and the kind of barbecue worth slowing down for.

Come meet the pitmasters behind Pink Heifer BBQ Saloon in Madison and Pink Heifer Saloon & Smokehouse in Monticello. Grab something delicious, enjoy the live music, and spend a little time with us along the Sugar River.

Sign up in store at 9:30 PM. Show starts at 10 PM.

🎶 FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS: MUSIC OPEN MIC
