🔥 Old oven, fresh vibes! 🍕 Authentic NY-style thin crust served with love in the ❤️ of Madeira,OH📍 Welcome to PASTIZZA - Pizza and Pasta .

Our pizzeria is a family owned pizzeria and is dedicated to crafting authentic New York-style pizzas, featuring a hand-tossed thin crust that is both crisp and pliable, perfect for folding. We use only the finest ingredients: fresh tomato sauce made every day from Italian tomatoes, topped with generous layers of high-quality mozzarella cheese. Each pizza is crafted using a 70-year-old baker's oven that imparts a unique character to every pie, ensuring a delightful char on the crust while keeping the inside soft and flavorful. This vintage oven, a relic of pizza-making history, provides the perfect environment for achieving that iconic crispy yet chewy crust that Madeira residents crave. Our pizza is made from scratch using high-quality ingredients, including a specially formulated dough that undergoes a long fermentation process, enhancing its flavor and texture. Each pizza is topped with a rich, tangy tomato sauce and a generous layer of fresh mozzarella, ensuring a delicious balance of flavors. Join us for a Pizza —because here, it’s always pizza time!
