One of my favorite midday treats is a loaded tea from Blossom Nutrition. I’m not really a caffeine girlie so I get a Level 0, but the protein in this tea makes a great drink to hold me over until dinner while I finish running Thanksgiving errands. Blossom Babe is my go to tea and Pecan Pie is my go to shake.
