Our weekend in Waterford was truly unforgettable! We are grateful to BB’s Custard and their customers for their support of our event. It was our pleasure to introduce ćevapi to those who had not tried them before and provide insight into the Balkan region.

We’ve been asked, “What is Balkan food?”
So let’s help those who haven’t experienced our cuisine to understand what we mean when we say, “Taste Tradition.”

(Roasted red peppers & eggs, feta cheese & kashkaval, garden fresh tomato slices)
Now you go…
