From witnessing the tomato harvest alongside Ratto Bros., Inc. Chris and Dave Ratto, to walking the groves of Corto Olive and learning the full journey from olive to oil, even blending his own signature variety named after his sons Hudson and Michael πŸ«’

Shared alongside fellow pizzaioli and pizza lovers Wilhelm Rodriguez and LOL CaesarsπŸ•, this experience is a reminder of why quality ingredients matter and the incredible people behind them.

The evening begins with a Power Hour reception and charcuterie display, followed by a four course w**e dinner crafted by Chef Gabriella, each thoughtfully paired and guided by Certified Sommelier Jeffrey Baldwin. This year we are pouring the brand new Caymus Vineyards Zinfandel alongside the returning fan favorite Suisun Redgale Grenache and the Nurseryman Cabernet Sauvignon.

And to top it all off, every guest takes home a RIEDEL The W**e Glass Company Performance Crystal Tasting Set valued at over $200 ✨

We got our hands on Corto Olive limited-edition Calabrian Chili Olive Oil, so you already know we had to make something delicious with it! 🌢️πŸ₯•βœ¨

Harissa roasted carrots with dill crema, Michigan corn ribs, grilled orange gremolata, toasted breadcrumbs, pepitas and the star of the show, Corto Agrumato-Method Calabrian Chili Olive Oil.

We created the dish for Agrumato Month, celebrating the release of Corto’s limited-edition Agrumato-Method Olive Oils, and got to serve it at the Rising Stars Academy dinner last night.

Now we’re bringing it back home to Testa Barra. It’ll be a featured special through October 11th, so come by and try it while it’s here.
