My wife who is celiac and I stopped by today while we were in town and the food was amazing. Being a Cajun myself the bar for good Cajun food is really high and swamp bites did not disappoint.The gentleman that owned the food truck was great and really captured the spirit of what it means to be Cajun. We will be back to get more food!
