📣 COMMISSARY KITCHEN COMING TO STUARTS DRAFT! 📣

I am currently holding individual meetings and interviews with local food business owners interested in using the new commissary kitchen coming to Stuarts Draft.

These meetings are an opportunity to discuss:
✔️ Contract options
✔️ Monthly, weekly, and hourly kitchen access
✔️ Storage and prep space needs
✔️ Your business goals and operational needs
✔️ How this commissary can best support your business

To help me better understand your operation, please bring a copy of your current menu for review during your meeting.

Priority monthly memberships will be reserved for established small businesses that can provide:
✔️ A current business license
✔️ General liability insurance
✔️ Any required food service permits/licenses applicable to their operation

Don’t let that discourage you if you’re just getting started! Up-and-coming food businesses are absolutely encouraged to apply as well. If you do not currently have your business license, insurance, or required permits, we can discuss your goals and develop a plan during your meeting to help you obtain the necessary requirements to operate legally and successfully.

I have availability for a few more meetings this week and will be opening additional meeting times next week.

This commissary kitchen is being designed to support food trucks, caterers, bakers, meal prep businesses, specialty food producers, cottage food businesses looking to expand, and other food entrepreneurs throughout our community.
