Fika Coffee

Fika Coffee Fika Coffee is a quality focused, community driven coffee roaster located in Lutsen, Minnesota. It's an experience. A creative process, A lifestyle.

Craft: As both experts and students of our craft, we are dedicated to remaining teachable and continuing to grow in our trade. We are near the end of a long coffee supply chain, and believe it is our responsibility to honor the journey our coffee takes from plant to cup. We roast with intergrity in order to achieve optimal flavor and draw out each coffee's unique characteristics. Local: We care deeply about our own community, and work to create a more sustainable economic environment by pursuing a sustainable business model that will enrich the lives of our team members and our community. To us, local means investing in our community to promote a more holistic lifestyle-all the while sourcing the highest quality coffee from around the globe. Fika: At it's heart, Fika is about slowing down, taking a break, making connections. It's our hope that you'll take time to savor each sip and think about the things that matter: family, friends, good food, and great conversations. To us, coffee is more than just a beverage, and Fika is more than coffee. Brew.Share.Fika.

We had the Chip pleasure over the Lutsen 99er weekend. Chip is a world class athlete and competitor from the far reaches of Northern Ontario. Multiple time podium finisher in several endurance arenas.

His diet includes Fika Coffee and thats pretty much it. Once a year he breaks his Fika fast for pancakes and Mountain Dew!

He is now accepting applications for his Coach Academy!

Did you see Rippin Chip when he was in town?

Stay tuned for his next appearance!
