Fall is the best time for baking when you are a baker. It’s the aroma in the air the pumpkin spices cinnamon apple and vanilla flavors all makes it so wonderful to come home to. My dough is hand made. Sorry I not sure what happened to that part of the video. I used for this recipe all purpose flour. 2% milk one pack of dry yeast two eggs melted butter and sugar. The filling is a sweet potato 🍠 filling. Using fresh sweet potatoes. I prepared this filling using the same ingredients as I use for my sweet potato pies. Minus the eggs and a little more brown sugar. Paired with my cream cheese frosting these cinnamon buns are amazingly delicious. If your in south Jersey keep an eye out and hears open for our fall special coming this October. We got the flavors homemade pastries for your brunches, a treat for your office staff, and corporate breakfasts. Also nothing wrong with a treat for yourself.

My dirty rice, this dish was one of my must have favorites for our family cookouts. Highly requested by my nephew that’s no longer here with us. I thought it would be nice to add it to our Father’s Day menu.

After many years of making my traditional recipe I added some shrimp not shown in this video. It was a spontaneous thought. I sautéed and seasoned the shrimp and tossed them into the dirty rice the come up was amazing 😋😚 rice

It’s hot and it’s time to reintroduce the refreshing hot meal. I created this dish in the summer of 2021, and it gained popularity, especially after I started posting on Instagram. To protect my rights, I officially named and registered it as the Pineapple Boil Bowl. These roasted pineapples can be filled with a variety of ingredients, including pineapple-glazed chicken or shrimp, sweet and sour chicken, seafood, surf and turf, oxtails, and jerk chicken. This dish embodies an island vibe. Due to its immense popularity, I am bringing back the flavor this summer.  Coming soon!
