My Portable Pantry

At My Portable Pantry, we believe that enjoying fresh, homemade meals should be as easy as it is delicious.

Based in the heart of Lubbock, Texas, we specialize in providing take-and-bake meal solutions. Teffny Lambden was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas, where her love for food sparked the creation of My Portable Pantry in 2011. As Amarillo's first take-and-bake business, My Portable Pantry quickly gained popularity, leading to its expansion into catering and providing delicious meals for countless events over the next eight years. After stepping away to focus on family, Teffny's passion for food never wavered. Now living in Lubbock, she's excited to rekindle that passion by relaunching My Portable Pantry, this time focusing exclusively on providing high-quality Take and Bake meals. With years of experience and a deep love for bringing people together through food, Teffny is eager to share her culinary creations with the community again.
