Many of you have been asking me what "Capone style" is. Well it starts with our crust getting stretched paper thin to 14 inches and then topped with our house red sauce and Grande mozzarella from edge to edge. Next we top it with italian sausage crumbles, hot giardiniera, and fresh garlic. Its cooked to well done perfection and then finished with sicilian oregano, Rosi's Hot Oil, and pecorino romano. A true expression of flavor! You can find it as an option on the website under the bar pie toppings.
