⭐️Appreciation Post 👏🏻

One reason we love the FoodTruck scene here in Lubbock❤️ working 3 separate Caterings and in a pinch we needed 4 pans of rice for a dinner party this evening.

Without hesitation and within hours Jennifer Ojeda and the Mijo's team came thru and we couldn’t be more grateful 👏🏻

Say what you want about foodtrucks, but anytime we’ve needed a hand a fellow FoodTruck friend has always stepped forward
