Thanks so much to everyone who came out to our 2 Year Anniversary celebration this weekend! We were stunned by how much support the community showed and were thrilled to celebrate with so many of you, as well as our amazing team who make what we do possible.
This milestone has me reflecting on what a crazy journey this business has taken me on. Scrolling back through my camera roll shows bits and pieces of the progress we’ve made since I started selling bagels out of my parent’s kitchen 6 years ago during the height of the pandemic.
As a sophomore in college, I decided to start selling my homemade bagels to family, friends, and neighbors as a way to keep busy during the peak of covid lockdown. I enlisted my siblings as my first “employees” and before I knew it, we were taking over my parent’s kitchen multiple days a week to bake dozens of bagels at a time and delivering them all over town.
As we outgrew our home kitchen, I subleased off-hours at a local bakery to expand our production and joined farmers’ markets around the city. After a couple years, we had finally compiled (barely) enough resources to get into our Palms brick & mortar location. Since then, we’ve continued to grow, learn, and become better at what we do each day, week, and month.
We’ve felt so welcomed since day 1 in Palms, and for that, we are extremely grateful. We’re so excited to continue serving you each and every day!
