About last night 🥰
Kai and I were so honored to share some aloha at Woodlands Market at the Startup CPG Grocery Run last night in the form of Zen Stax mini pancake samples and Chaga Maple.
Its so heart-warming to be considered alongside these incredible brands 💖💖💖

Oh how far we’ve come 🥲
Looking forward to a time where I can start (responsibly) throwing tons of new flavors at you all!
But for now… Blueberry Lavender sits in my recipe book 🫐
What was your favorite retired Zen Stax flavor?

One last time:
The last batch at WAVA kitchen. A place that has felt like home for the last 3 years with my ‘Ohana Waren Vaughn and Aurora Sellman and Carter.
The last batch with Alejandro Hernandez and Gloria Morales who have brought their expertise and their aloha to our batter since we started almost 5 years ago.
This post rates, tears to my eyes. Sad tears that I will miss having these people in my life on a regular basis, and excited tears for what’s to come with Fuel Kitchen as our co-packer.
I am so grateful to get to go on this growth journey with all of you! Mahalo for all of your support!

What are we making today for our last batch???
Athletes Superfood and Mango Lilikoi (I oversold the inventory I had left 😅)
And… 🥁
Pumpkin Spice (I couldn’t imagine going through fall without some 😂)

Aloha ‘Ohana 🌺🥞

Zen Stax is growing — and we’re officially raising capital to help us say YES to what’s in front of us.

Over the last few years, we’ve built this company with a whole lot of aloha, grit, pancakes, and an unwavering belief that breakfast can be better.

And now, the opportunity in front of us is bigger than I imagined.

We have incredible momentum, growing retailer interest, a new 18oz format with lower pricing coming to market, expanded production capabilities, and some very exciting conversations happening about where Zen Stax could be next.

So we’re raising $750K to lean into that opportunity and give Zen Stax the resources to grow into the demand we’re creating.

And while, yes, we’re raising money — I’m really looking for partners.

People who believe in what we’re building. People who bring experience, relationships, perspective, or just a genuine excitement about helping build something special.

Because that’s always been the Zen Stax way: good food, good people, and a whole lot of aloha. 🤙🌺
