Yesterday, we rolled down the banner and officially opened the doors to Comal. 🤎

We’re so excited for this next chapter and grateful to welcome you into our refreshed space—with new menu highlights, the same familiar faces, and the warm hospitality you’ve always known from our family.

This is Comal. Rooted in tradition. Made by hand. We can’t wait to share it with you.

Dining Room: 11am–2pm
Takeout: 11am–4pm

Please note that the dining room will be closed for dinner this evening for a partial buyout. The bar and patio will remain open until 9pm.

At Comal, we’re a fonda at heart—rooted in the warmth, generosity and everyday rhythm of Mexican dining. But we also believe a neighborhood restaurant can offer an experience: thoughtful hospitality, a beautiful setting and food and drinks made with intention.

We’re lucky to work alongside people deeply dedicated to their craft. Our cocktail program honors the classics, from Micheladas and Margaritas to Carajillos, while creating something uniquely Comal.

Meet the Mamita Sandía, made with housemade watermelon juice, fresh mint syrup & tequila. It’s a perfect example of our kitchen and bar working together to turn fresh ingredients into something special.

Come for a drink, stay for dinner and settle in for a while. Opening tomorrow, 11am!

We are deeply grateful for tonight—and for every guest, every meal, and every memory shared with us over the past six+ months.

Tomorrow, this page becomes Comal.

We’ll take a short pause on Tuesday and Wednesday, then welcome you back on Thursday for our next chapter.
