I stopped by Sushi Nikkei and this is NOT your average sushi spot. They’re bringing together Japanese + Peruvian flavors for some seriously fun dishes!

🔥 Grilled Scallops — Peruvian scallops, butter, quinoa pop & garlic limo
🍣 Sushi Nikkei Tasting — 8 pieces of their signature creations
🐟 Bluefin Tuna Tasting — Akami, Chutoro & O-Toro
🌶️ Aji Amarillo, ponzu, jalapeño, quinoa pop & Peruvian-inspired sauces throughout the menu!
