As home brewers, who met while studying engineering, they set out to design high quality, hand crafted beers. As demand for the beers increased, the vision to launch a microbrewery was developed. With a focus on quality and versatility, our hand crafted beer is brewed using the finest ingredients in small batches.

We are 33 days away from FALL FEST! We can't wait to see new and returning vendor and artisan friends, and all of YOU! (and your pups!) Here are some memories from Fall Fest last year 🍻🍂🎃🍁

Fall Fest 2026 is held at 603 Brewery & Beer Hall, 42 Main St, Londonderry NH- on October 3rd, from 12-8pm! Food trucks, artisan vendors, activities for all ages, seasonal brews and beverages, and live music!

📣We will be closing early tonight, Friday August 28th, at 3pm, for a private event!
🍟 POUTINEFEST NH is happening here on Saturday, and the weather looks great- just a heads up to plan ahead, in case it's businer-than-usual (this event is ticketed)
🥤 SLUSHIES this weekend will be Peach Raspberry 🍑 and Grape 🍇 (non alcoholic)

PSA: this week is the last week of Lobster Rolls at 603 for the season 🦞 Get one before they're gone for the season! Cold w/ mayo or hot buttered, you can't go wrong, and of course served with house cut fries and beer cheese.

It's a beautiful day for TGIW! This week Sandwich is a "Crack chicken" (Buffalo ranch braised chicken) shredded and mixed with cream cheese and pepper jack cheese. Topped with crispy bacon and fried onion strings on a bulky roll, and served with crispy tots. Pair it with a 603 IPA: The tropical citrus character of 603 IPA brings bright notes of lime and orange that complement the tangy Buffalo ranch chicken, while subtle melon and mild sweetness balance the smoky bacon, pepper jack, and crispy fried onions. Its soft mouthfeel mirrors the creamy chicken and cheese, while the hop character and carbonation keep the rich sandwich and beer cheese feeling balanced. This is one you won't want to miss.

This week's TGIW is a Caprese Smash Burger 🍔🍅 2 smash patties piled with smoked mozzarella, spring mix lettuce, heirloom tomato, pesto aioli, and balsamic reduction on a bulkie roll, served with parmesean oregano fries. Pair it with a Beer Hall Lager! BHL's crisp, clean body cuts through the rich smoked mozzarella and pesto aioli, while its subtle bready sweetness plays off the balsamic and heirloom tomato. Light and refreshing, it lets the caprese flavors shine without weighing you down.
